Our Elite Cheer
Floor is the finest matting available and is used at many state, regional
and national competitions each year. We take a beautiful royal blue
or red plush carpet and flame-laminate it to our unique 1.4" or 2" thick
composite cross-linked polyethylene Trocellen®/Volara®
foam rolls. This foam composite is unmatched in the sport industry
for performance and flexibility! The flame-laminated bond is very
strong and much better than using adhesives. Also, our foam is 11%
thicker than companies that sell 1 1/4" thick. The total carpet and
foam thickness is over 1 1/2"! We also offer an even thicker
carpet-bonded foam system for those who want the ultimate in cushioned
rolled floors. The rolls have 2" thick composite foam and the same
blue or red plush carpet. Our 2" thick rolls are the thickest
available on the market and offer the ultimate in safety and durability.
The choice is yours, and we will try to explain the performance
capabilities of these materials if you wish to talk with one of our sales
representatives.
Our Elite Cheer Floor is a multi-use floor.
The same carpet bonded foam flooring may be utilized for a number of
sports and activities including gymnastics, dance line, and general
physical education classes.
SIZES
A standard
competition floor is 42' x 42' and takes seven rolls that are 6' x 42'.
We include (at no extra charge) blue hook Volara®
to connect the rolls together. You can purchase single rolls or the
entire floor from us. We realize that many schools don't have the
space and/or budget to have a full 42' x 42' mat for cheerleading.
Even purchasing one or two rolls will give you a safer area to practice
tumbling, lifts, stunts, etc. Safety should be everyone's highest
priority and must be given serious consideration.
INSTALLATION
Our Elite Cheer
Floor is easy to install, transport, and store. Each roll can be
individually rolled up and carried to a storage area by two or three
people. The rolls are then set up by simply unrolling them and
attaching velcro along the seams. If you share a multi-use facility,
this is absolutely the easiest system to use. Complete installation
instructions with pictures can be found by clicking on the link below.
