purchase orders from schools, YMCA's, public entities, and other
organizations at our discretion. Payment terms for all billed
accounts are Net 30 days.
We must receive
payment before manufacturing equipment for all other private organizations
and individuals. This has been our policy for 23 years and
alleviates many stressful collection problems. Our company is
well-known in our industry, and we'll provide references upon request.
All published
prices are FOB Great Bend, KS unless otherwise noted. Our shipping
dates are firm, and we make sure our service is prompt and reliable.
All items that we sell are manufactured by us in Great Bend, KS, and we
have control over your order from start to finish. Call us for a
freight quote so you know the exact delivered total.
Upon receipt of
your order, please check all items carefully for freight
damage and any other problem or discrepancy. If there is damage,
make sure to note the problem on the freight bill. This is your only
recourse for freight problems. We will be glad to assist you in any
way. Every effort is made to pack our products in a manner to avoid
freight problems, but sometimes damage still occurs. If it does,
don't panic. We will help resolve the problem.
