Trimline 110 Wainscoting comes in 2" thick
vinyl covered panels which offer excellent cushioning ability. They
are ideal for elementary schools, yet suitable for the middle school and
high school levels. This is a very affordable option while still
providing adequate safety for your athletic facility.
Trimline 110 is constructed
of 110 ILD high density prime polyurethane foam, glued to OSB wood panels,
and covered with 18 oz. vinyl coated polyester. |

Our wainscoting panels can be
attached to your walls by using either a lip top and
bottom or by using velcro (see pictures to right).
Both mechanisms provide a clean, finished look. We
recommend the lip top and bottom method if you plan to
install your padding permanently. If you plan to
transport your padding or take it down occasionally, we
recommend using velcro. Either one is secure and
easy to install. |

Standard panel size is 4' x 6',
but we can custom make any size you need. Most schools
install wainscoting that is 6' tall and 16', 20', 24', or 28'
long at each end of the gymnasium. When ordering your
wall pads, we ask you to take note of any cutouts that may be
necessary for things such as electrical outlets, light
switches, fire extinguishers, door knobs, etc. If you
need cutouts, we will need precise measurements to place them
correctly before we make your pads. This is a simple
process and we will be
happy to assist you. |
